How to become a Duly Authorized Representative (DAR)

DARs are individuals who are authorized to sign applications under 40 CFR 122.22(a) (i.e. Responsible Officials) may designate Duly Authorized Representatives (DARs) per 40 CFR 122.22(b)(2) who can sign reports on their behalf.
