CDX password/userID reset help

There are a few reasons why a user, permittee, or data provider might be unable to access their accounts:

1. User forgot his/her CDX password

2. User forgot his/her CDX User ID

3. User did not change his/her password after 3 months (password expired)

4. User had too many failed log in attempts.

5. Browser issue (please clear cache by following these steps: Instructions for Clearing Browser Cache.docx  or contact your IT department )
