As of March 16, 2018, any new annual report will be created and submitted using the updated electronic annual report that is now available using the new program service, NETEPABIO: NeT – EPA Biosolids Annual Program Report. If you filed a biosolids/sewage sludge annual report in 2016 or 2017, this program service was added to your MyCDX account. If you did not file a report in 2016 or 2017, your facility’s biosolids NPDES ID will need to be added to the new program service. To request that your NPDES ID be added, please send a request to NPDESeReporting@epa.gov.
After March 30, 2018, BIOSOLIDS: NeT - EPA Biosolids Program (Read Only) electronic annual report tool will no longer be accessible. To prepare for the transition to the new program service, we recommend that you download and save any forms in your Task List or History, including any previously submitted annual reports, to your computer no later than March 25 for your record.
