9. How to Submit Notice of Termination

The EPA Offshore Oil and Gas Extraction Outer Continental Shelf General Permit (GMG) can be access using Central Data Exhange (CDX) at https://cdx.epa.gov/.

1. Log into CDX. Click on Signatory or Preparer

2. Select Organization and Program Client ID from drop-down menu.  Click “Proceed”

3. Under My Operator, click on your Operator’s Name

4. In the Structure Summary tab, locate your Structure and click on the Action dropdown menu and select “Terminate”

5. If Certifiers are available, either select Certifiers and/or click “Continue”

6. Click "Continue"

7. Enter the Reason for Termination and click “Terminate Form”

8. Click "OK"

9. A little pop-up window will confirm your “Termination”.  Notice your Structure is now in “Draft NOT” status
